If only the most recent day is missing, wait a day. Amazon limits how fresh Seller Central data can be, and the gap usually fills in on the next refresh. If more than a day is missing while your other sources are current, Amazon has most likely revoked SourceMedium’s access. Amazon asks sellers to renew developer access periodically, and access lapses if nobody responds.
  1. In your SourceMedium workspace, open the store and find the Amazon Seller Central connection.
  2. If it shows Needs reconnection, select Reconnect and sign in to Seller Central with an account that has admin rights. See Reconnect a data source.
  3. Data resumes on the next refresh. Days that passed while access was lost cannot be backfilled, so reconnect as soon as you notice.
To avoid this, watch for Amazon’s “Developer Access Renewal” emails and approve SourceMedium when asked. You can also review authorized apps any time in Seller Central under Settings > User Permissions > Manage your Apps.
