How to connect
AdRoll is connected through a secure setup link that SourceMedium generates for your account, so there is no API key for you to create.Sign in to SourceMedium, open your store, then choose Data sources → Connect data source and select the platform. You need an Admin or Editor workspace role.After you connect explains the first sync and connection statuses.

Request your setup link
Find AdRoll in the connector picker, enter the account ID the form asks for, and click Request setup. That opens a support ticket with those details. The connection shows Requested · waiting on SourceMedium.

SourceMedium prepares your link
Our team generates a setup link scoped to your account and sends it to you.

Authorize AdRoll and confirm
Open the link and authorize AdRoll when prompted. When you finish, the connection shows Connected and SourceMedium begins syncing.
