Amazon Vendor Central purchase orders, catalog, and financial data flow into SourceMedium through the Selling Partner API. This is a vendor (wholesale to Amazon) account, not Amazon Seller Central. Amazon Vendor Central is connected through a secure setup link that SourceMedium generates for your account.
Sign in to SourceMedium, open your store, then choose Data sources → Connect data source and select the platform. You need an Admin or Editor workspace role.After you connect explains the first sync and connection statuses.

How to connect

Request your setup link

Find Amazon Vendor Central in the connector picker, enter your vendor code, and click Request setup. That opens a support ticket with those details. The connection shows Requested · waiting on SourceMedium.

Authorize the vendor account

SourceMedium sends an Amazon Selling Partner authorization for the vendor account. Complete it with a user who can approve Vendor Central API access.

Confirm it is connected

Once Amazon grants access, SourceMedium validates the account and starts syncing. The connection then shows Connected.
