HubSpot sends email and automation programs. SourceMedium reads HubSpot marketing events so campaign performance can be analyzed next to Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify orders. HubSpot is connected through a secure setup link that SourceMedium generates for your account.
Sign in to SourceMedium, open your store, then choose Data sources → Connect data source and select the platform. You need an Admin or Editor workspace role.After you connect explains the first sync and connection statuses.

How to connect

Request your setup link

Find HubSpot in the connector picker, enter your HubSpot Hub ID, and click Request setup. That opens a support ticket with those details. The connection shows Requested · waiting on SourceMedium.

SourceMedium prepares your link

Our team generates a setup link scoped to your account and sends it to you.

Authorize HubSpot and confirm

Open the link and authorize the HubSpot portal. When you finish, the connection shows Connected and SourceMedium begins syncing.
