- A client ID and client secret issued by Superfiliate
Request these before you start. Superfiliate issues API credentials on request rather than from a self-serve screen, so ask your Superfiliate Merchant Success Manager or email hello@superfiliate.com for them. Once you have the pair, connecting in SourceMedium takes a minute.
How to connect
You obtain the credentials from Superfiliate, then paste them into SourceMedium yourself.You connect data sources yourself in SourceMedium. Sign in to your SourceMedium account, open your store, then in the Data sources section click Connect data source and choose the platform. You need an Editor or Admin role on the store. Request your Superfiliate API credentials
Ask your Superfiliate Merchant Success Manager, or email hello@superfiliate.com, for a client ID and client secret for SourceMedium.

Start the Superfiliate connection
Find Superfiliate in the connector picker and click Connect.

Paste the credentials
Enter the client ID and client secret as prompted and click Connect.

Confirm it is connected
SourceMedium checks the credentials with Superfiliate before saving them, so a wrong client ID or secret is rejected on the spot. The connection reads Awaiting first data until the first sync lands, then Connected.
SourceMedium only ever reads from your connected platforms. It does not create, change, or delete anything, so create the key with read-only access wherever the platform offers it. Treat it like a password: keep it confidential and avoid sharing it over email or in spreadsheets. What data syncs
Reporting can break down by affiliate, campaign, and promo code where available. Commission data supports ROAS by comparing attributed revenue against commission spend. New vs. repeat classification follows SourceMedium’s standard order definitions. Conversion lookback and historical backfill coverage are confirmed during setup.
