Bill.com is your AP and AR system. SourceMedium reads bills and payments into BigQuery.
Sign in to SourceMedium, open your store, then choose Data sources → Connect data source and select the platform. You need an Admin or Editor workspace role.After you connect explains the first sync and connection statuses.

How to connect

Bill.com uses a developer key, API user, sync token, and organization id. Enter only the organization ID in Connect. SourceMedium follows up through the support ticket to collect the secrets over a secure channel. Do not email credentials or paste them into the request form.

Request setup

Find Bill.com in the connector picker, enter your organization ID, and click Request setup. That opens a support ticket with the organization ID. The connection shows Requested · waiting on SourceMedium.

Hand over the remaining credentials securely

SourceMedium follows up through the support ticket with a secure way to hand over the developer key, API user, and sync token. Do not send them over email.
SourceMedium only ever reads from your connected platforms. It does not create, change, or delete anything, so create the key with read-only access wherever the platform offers it. Treat it like a password: keep it confidential and avoid sharing it over email or in spreadsheets. If the credential is rotated or revoked, follow this guide’s connection method to update SourceMedium.
