How to connect

SourceMedium connects to Pepperjam (Ascend by Partnerize) with your advertiser account’s API key, which you copy from Ascend and paste into SourceMedium. One key covers one advertiser account. If your program has moved to the Partnerize platform, connect Partnerize instead.
Sign in to SourceMedium, open your store, then choose Data sources → Connect data source and select the platform. You need an Admin or Editor workspace role.After you connect explains the first sync and connection statuses.

Copy your API key in Ascend

Sign in to Ascend as the account’s primary user and open Resources → API Keys (or go to ascend.pepperjam.com/merchant/api/). Only the primary user can see the key. Copy it.

Add the key in SourceMedium

Find Pepperjam in the connector picker and click Connect. Paste the key and click Save.

Confirm it is connected

SourceMedium checks the key with Ascend before saving it. A key Ascend rejects is refused on the spot. If Ascend cannot answer, SourceMedium saves the key and finishes the check later. SourceMedium’s own Pepperjam sync is not live yet, so the connection reads Awaiting first data until it starts.
