How to connect

Attentive delivers your data through scheduled data feeds that Attentive hosts. SourceMedium sets this up with you, so there is no API key to paste.
This integration is set up with help from SourceMedium rather than in the self-serve picker. To enable it, reach out to your account manager or integrations@sourcemedium.com.

Attentive enables the data feeds

Attentive provisions the feeds and access details for your account. Share them with SourceMedium, not in a public channel.

SourceMedium validates and syncs

Once files are arriving, SourceMedium confirms they load and puts the connection on a daily sync.

What data syncs

  • Message receipts and link clicks for SMS and email
  • Email delivery events such as delivered, bounced, opened, and spam reports
  • Subscription events such as opt-ins and opt-outs
  • On-site commerce events such as product views, add to cart, and purchases
  • Message-attributed conversions, including amount, order ID, products, and coupons
Attentive keeps feed files for 30 days, so history beyond that needs a separate export from Attentive. Confirm the backfill window during setup.
