Follow this integration guide to connect your Elevar event stream to SourceMedium.
Elevar sends server-side event data to SourceMedium through Google Pub/Sub. SourceMedium has dedicated Pub/Sub infrastructure for this partner and transforms the event stream into our unified funnel-event and attribution models.Requirements
- Active Elevar account
- Access to create or edit an Elevar server-side destination
- SourceMedium Pub/Sub destination details
Steps
- Ask your SourceMedium account manager for the Google Cloud project and Pub/Sub topic details for your Elevar connection
- In Elevar, follow Elevar’s Pub/Sub destination setup guide
- Configure the destination using the SourceMedium-provided Pub/Sub details
- Let SourceMedium know once the destination is active so we can validate event delivery and attribution enrichment
What data syncs
| Data | How it is used |
|---|---|
| Server-side funnel events | Unified into obt_funnel_event_history |
| Visitor/session context | Used in funnel and MTA reporting where applicable |
| Order attribution context | Used to improve canonical order attribution fields such as UTM, landing page, and source/medium coverage |
Notes
- SourceMedium cleans, transforms, and standardizes Elevar events alongside other funnel streams such as GA4, Blotout, Tapcart, Snowplow, Heap, and PostHog.
- Funnel-stream integrations can improve both event-level reporting and order-level attribution completeness.
