Global-E is not connected as a separate data source. SourceMedium reads the Global-E order note attributes that are already on your Shopify orders through your Shopify integration, so there is nothing to authorize separately.

Confirm Shopify is connected

Complete the Shopify integration. Global-E note attributes are read through Shopify order data.

Confirm Global-E note attributes are present

Check that recent international orders in Shopify include the Global-E details you expect SourceMedium to report on, such as duties and tax.

Ask SourceMedium to check reporting

Let your account manager or integrations@sourcemedium.com know your store uses Global-E so we can check order classification, attribution, and duties reporting during onboarding.
