Reconciliation notes

If your UTMs are not set up correctly, any subscription order that goes through ReCharge checkout has a source/medium of None / None, which erases last-click attribution.SourceMedium changes these orders’ Source/Medium from None / None to subscription/recurring or subscription/first_order so the gap stays visible. The order counts for subscription / first_order and subscription / recurring are not the total number of first-time and recurring subscription orders. These values are only used when no other Source/Medium value is attached to the order. To filter for all first-time and recurring subscription orders, use the Subscription Order Sequence filter. It uses order-level metadata to identify subscription orders and to split them into first-time and recurring.
New Subscribers and Cancelled Subscribers are based on the subscription created at and cancelled at dates from ReCharge. A new subscriber has no previous active subscription and is now subscribed. A cancelled subscriber was previously subscribed and now has a cancelled_at date on their subscription (this value is empty if they have not cancelled).Active Subscribers, Churned Subscribers, and Active Subscriptions are snapshots of your ReCharge raw data taken each night around midnight. When these values are aggregated (weekly, monthly, and so on), the dashboard shows the median.
ReCharge does not share the definitions behind its dashboard metrics. SourceMedium calculates subscriber metrics in-house (apart from Subscribers Active, Subscribers Churned, and Subscriptions Active) from the same ReCharge raw data that powers ReCharge’s built-in analytics, so small differences from ReCharge are possible.
When reporting-currency conversion is enabled, a subscription record uses the exchange rate from the subscription start date. Daily subscription reporting uses the exchange rate for each reporting date. Exchange-rate movement can therefore make daily MRR differ from the sum of active subscription records, even when the underlying subscriptions have not changed.See Reporting Currency for field definitions and verification guidance.
