Remote endpoint mcp.intercom.com/mcp. Checked September 2026.

Support conversations and tickets, contact and company records, and Help Center articles are what Intercom's hosted server reads. It can add an internal note to a conversation, never a customer-visible reply, and create or update Help Center articles, all within the signed-in user's Intercom permissions.
