  • Personally identifiable information is hashed or encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Your data is stored in a US-based warehouse.
  • PII is not shown in the dashboard by default. Ask us if your team needs an exception.
  • Access to your workspace and data is limited by role. See Roles & permissions for the workspace and the Google Groups access guide for dashboards and BigQuery.
  • Only SourceMedium’s internal engineering team can access customer datasets. External contractors work only with hashed datasets.
  • If we reasonably suspect a security incident affecting your data, we notify you in writing within 24 hours.
