X's Ads server at ads-api.x.com exposes 74 tools to Grok, Grok Build, and Claude Code through an OAuth 2.0 app: account stats and campaign reach on the read side, and campaigns, line items, targeting, custom audiences, creatives, and web event tags on the write side. Any campaign it creates starts paused.
