eBay MCP server

eBay's local server runs on a developer app's keys and makes read-only GET calls against eBay's REST APIs: a seller's listings, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and account settings with a user token, or public item search, item details, and category taxonomy with an application token. It also searches eBay's OpenAPI specs, and writes are blocked in production.
