Etsy MCP server

Only the developer side of Etsy has a server: it explains the Open API v3 spec, schemas, and OAuth scopes to a coding assistant and makes no calls to a shop. The seller's listings, inventory, receipts, payments, shipping profiles, and reviews that the API covers are still reached through the REST API or a CSV export.
