# Zendesk MCP server

Zendesk's only live server serves a brand's shoppers, not its agents: inside ChatGPT, a customer can get Help Center answers, run an action flow such as a delivery reschedule, and escalate into a ticket. A support team reaches its own tickets, customer history, and knowledge through OpenAI's plugin for ChatGPT and Codex, or through the REST API.
