# Metabase MCP server

Metabase's built-in server, on every plan once an admin turns it on, searches the tables, metrics, saved questions, models, and dashboards a company keeps over its databases. It runs queries and raw SQL, renders the result as an inline chart, and can save it as a question on a dashboard, all within the signed-in person's permissions.
