Loop Returns' server reads return and exchange records with their line items, resolutions, shipping and tracking, and timelines, plus return policies, workflows, fraud reports, and allow and block lists. Within each user's Loop Admin role it can also add notes, flag, reject, cancel, close, or process a return and edit the allow and block lists.
