# Help Scout MCP server

Help Scout's server signs each teammate in with OAuth and reads conversations with their threads, tags, and custom fields, customer profiles, inboxes, saved replies, workflows, reports, and Docs knowledge base articles. Finding what a customer last wrote about or pulling a monthly happiness report is read-only work; new connections cannot reply, add a note, tag, or edit.
