# Gorgias MCP server

The Gorgias server at mcp.gorgias.com reads support tickets, customer profiles, tags, macros, rules, CSAT surveys, helpdesk analytics, and AI Agent settings, and can reply to a customer or post an internal note. The most common return reasons in ticket text and response times by agent are two analyses it supports.
