# commercetools MCP server

Commerce MCP reaches a commercetools Project's products, carts, orders, and customers through whichever tools a configuration enables, read-only or read and write. The managed version is hosted per configuration, created in the Merchant Center, and filters fields; the self-hosted version ships the same tools as an npm package run on your own API Client.
