# Zendesk - Integration Instructions

Zendesk is a helpdesk. When the connector ships, SourceMedium will read tickets into BigQuery next to Gorgias and Richpanel so contact rate can sit beside orders.

## How to connect

Zendesk is listed in the connector picker as **Coming soon**. It is not connectable yet. Reach out to your account manager or [integrations@sourcemedium.com](mailto:integrations@sourcemedium.com) if you want to be in the first wave.

## What data syncs

Core Zendesk ticket entities as source tables, confirmed at launch.

* Do not treat this page as a live setup guide until Coming soon is removed.
* Zendesk is Customer Support. It is not Loop Returns and it is not Loop Subscriptions.
