# WooCommerce - Integration Instructions

> WooCommerce is coming soon as a raw-data commerce source in your SourceMedium warehouse.

> [!WARNING]

> Coming soon. WooCommerce is listed so you can plan for it. It is not connectable yet.

When the connector ships, SourceMedium will read your WooCommerce store's orders, refunds, customers, products, and product variations into BigQuery as **raw data** tables. Modeled reporting (dashboards and SourceMedium's order tables) for WooCommerce is planned for a later release.

## What you will need

* **WooCommerce 9.0 or newer**, served over **HTTPS** on the standard port, with pretty permalinks (any setting other than Plain).
* A WooCommerce **REST API key with Read permission**, created by a Shop manager or Administrator (WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, REST API).
* Your store's URL, including any subfolder WordPress is installed in (for example `https://example.com/shop`).

Your web server must pass the `Authorization` header through to WordPress. Some hosts strip it; if so, the connection test will say so, and your host or developer needs to fix the server configuration. SourceMedium does not send API keys in the URL.

## What data will sync

| Data | How it updates |
| - | - |
| Orders, with their line items, taxes, fees, coupons, and shipping kept on the order | Hourly, for orders created or changed |
| Refunds | A complete daily snapshot of refunds in the synced history |
| Customers | A complete daily snapshot |
| Products and product variations | A complete daily snapshot |

The first sync covers two years of order history. Custom fields added by plugins are not synced, apart from WooCommerce's own order attribution fields.

## How to connect

WooCommerce is listed in the connector picker as **Coming soon**. Reach out to your account manager or [integrations@sourcemedium.com](mailto:integrations@sourcemedium.com) if you want to be notified when it opens.
