# BigCommerce - Integration Instructions

> BigCommerce is coming soon as a raw-data commerce source in your SourceMedium warehouse.

> [!WARNING]

> Coming soon. BigCommerce is listed so you can plan for it. It is not connectable yet.

When the connector ships, SourceMedium will read your BigCommerce store's orders, refunds, customers, and products into BigQuery as **raw data** tables. Modeled reporting (dashboards and SourceMedium's order tables) for BigCommerce is planned for a later release.

## What you will need

* A store-level **API account** created in your BigCommerce control panel (Settings, API, Store-level API accounts).
* These **read-only** OAuth scopes: Information, Orders, Customers, and Products. SourceMedium never writes to your store.
* The account's **store hash** and **access token**.

BigCommerce does not let you change an API account's scopes after you create it. If a scope is missing, create a replacement account and reconnect with it.

## What data will sync

| Data | How it updates |
| - | - |
| Orders, with their line items, fees, coupons, taxes, and shipping kept on the order | Hourly, for orders created or changed |
| Refunds | Hourly, with refunds for recently changed orders read again |
| Customers, with addresses | A complete daily snapshot |
| Products, with variants | A complete daily snapshot |
| Store settings | A complete daily snapshot |

The first sync covers two years of order history. One connection covers every channel of the store.

## How to connect

BigCommerce is listed in the connector picker as **Coming soon**. Reach out to your account manager or [integrations@sourcemedium.com](mailto:integrations@sourcemedium.com) if you want to be notified when it opens.
