# Check warehouse usage

> See which accounts and queries use BigQuery processing, and check whether the usage figures are complete.

Workspace **Admins** can open **Warehouse → Usage** to see which accounts and queries use processing in their dedicated BigQuery project. Usage reporting is not available for shared warehouses.

The figures cover work in your project. They exclude SourceMedium's central processing and do not show your bill or remaining allowance.

## Find what used processing

1. Choose **This month**, **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**, or **Previous month**. Dates use UTC.
2. Check **Reported compute** and the daily chart. **Reported failed compute** is the part of that total used by failed jobs.
3. Select an entry under **Accounts** to see the work run by that user or service account.
4. Open a query's details to inspect individual runs. Where a Google Cloud link is available, your Google account needs permission to open it.

The unit is **slot-hours**: 100 BigQuery slots working for one hour use 100 slot-hours. It measures processing work, rather than reserved capacity.

## Check whether the figures are complete

Read the status beside the period and the **Last checked** time before comparing totals. Recent days can still be **gathered**, and incomplete days show only what has been reported so far. **Unknown** or **Not available** does not mean zero.

Query details can briefly differ from the summary while usage updates. If usage has not appeared yet, wait for the next update. If the page asks you to contact SourceMedium, [open a support request](/docs/product-tours/get-support.md).
