# Warehouse

> Get into BigQuery, read the data model, and activate SourceMedium tables in other tools.

This is the front door for warehouse work. Start with access and `sm_transformed_v2`, then use table docs and definitions when a number needs explaining.

Warehouse access comes from your [workspace role](/docs/product-tours/roles-and-permissions), not from a Google Group. [Google Groups](/docs/onboarding/analytics-tools/google-groups-access-control) share Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets that your team owns.

## Foundation and Pro

SourceMedium delivers the warehouse on one of two plans. The difference is **which tables land**, not which numbers are right. The same models build both plans, so a metric that exists on Foundation is computed identically on Pro.

### What Pro adds

Seventeen tables are Pro only. Each of their pages says so at the top.

* **The dimension suite:** `dim_orders`, `dim_order_lines`, `dim_customers`, `dim_customer_addresses`, `dim_order_discounts`, `dim_order_taxes`, `dim_order_shipping_lines`
* **Subscriptions:** `dim_subscriptions`, `dim_subscribers`, `obt_subscriptions`, `obt_subscription_charges`, `fct_subscription_charges`, `rpt_subscriptions_performance_daily`, `rpt_subscription_signup_cohort_retention`
* **Orders:** `fct_orders_placed`
* **Media mix:** `obt_media_mix_performance`, `rpt_media_mix_channel_daily`

On Foundation, start from the `obt_*` table that covers the same ground. `obt_orders` and `obt_order_lines` carry the order and line attributes the `dim_*` tables expose, already joined.

<Note>
  `dim_product_variants` is delivered on **both** plans, so a missing dimension does not by itself mean Foundation. Check the list above.

SQL examples in these docs use `your_project.sm_transformed_v2`. On Foundation, run them through your [SourceMedium connection](/docs/ai-analyst/connect-an-ai-assistant), which supplies your project and dataset names; direct BigQuery access is part of Pro.
