# The Google Ads Module

> Overview of the Google Ads module and how to use it.

#### What is the Google Ads module and what data can be found there?

* Direct connection to your Google Ads account, bypassing the SourceMedium data model. However, this data is still incorporated into the Marketing Overview and Executive Summary.
* Due to the direct connection, conversions will align with the definition as set in the Google Ads account. For the Marketing Overview and Executive Summary, conversions are shown as 'purchase', 'sale', or 'subscription' (because SourceMedium ingest the raw data and can define conversions)
