# obt_customer_support_teams

> Current list of help desk teams, for queue and assignment reporting.

Current list of help desk teams, for queue and assignment reporting.

* **Grain:** one row per team (sm\_team\_key), with its current details, not a history. A team id on older tickets may not join, for example after the team was deleted in the help desk.
* **Joins:** obt\_customer\_support\_tickets.ticket\_assignee\_team\_id on source\_system, sm\_store\_id and team\_id.

## Columns

| - | - | - |
| `sm_team_key` | STRING | SourceMedium key for the team: the help desk's team id namespaced by help desk and store. |
